This hotel offers excellent value for money, with clean and cozy rooms that are perfect for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident, with everything being very clean. The location, high on the wall and close to the slopes, is ideal for ski enthusiasts. The staff provide friendly and helpful service, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the breakfast included is a great way to start the day.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The location is perfect, with easy access to the slopes and central Smiggin Holes activities. the lounge area offers stunning mountain views, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
The lack of cutlery and glasses in the full kitchen was disappointing.

Had a fun time over Christmas near the slopes. the food served was quite tasty and served at consistent hours making it easy to plan our day. the staff made sure that we were always well-fed and kept the common space clean and tidy.
Despite the convenient location, the rooms were quite cramped and outdated, and the walls were thin, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. the shower pressure was weak, and hot water was hard to come by when the hotel was busy.

I was thrilled with the location of this hotel as it was so close to the ski slopes. It made it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes without any hassle. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were exactly what we needed, and the breakfast included was a great bonus.
Everything was okay and there was nothing major that needed improvement.

Awesome location just a few minutes' walk from the slopes and the ski lifts. Very friendly staff always willing to help and answer any questions. , really loved the spa and sauna facilities - the perfect way to unwind after a long day on the slopes.
The room was outdated and the heating wasn’t great - it was chilly at times. the meals were good, but the lines got long and it was difficult to get a good spot to eat.
